Listing Paperwork Processing
For those who have already completed the listing paperwork and loaded their listing to MLS themselves. We will simply create the file in Skyslope and add the required paperwork items so you don't have to. Please provide the following essential documents and information to facilitate a smooth process.
Core Listing Agreements:
Fully executed Listing Agreement (LA) with Schedule A (detailing services), and the MLS Data Form.
Conditional Paperwork:
Any necessary 244 and 224 forms (irrevocable periods, offer dates, etc.).
FINTRAC Forms:
Completed FINTRAC PDFs (personal, and Corporate FINTRAC if applicable) – not required for leases.
Regulatory Guidance:
The appropriate RECO Guide (ensure Commercial RECO Guide for commercial listings).
Legal Documentation:
Any relevant legal documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Will, Death Certificate, or Power of Attorney (POA) documents.

Before purchasing, please ensure:
  • Your initial registration form is on file.
  • Any changes to your brokerage or login details have been updated.
  • You understand that final compliance remains the agent's responsibility.
  • Once your payment is fetched, we’ll bark back with a confirmation email containing everything you need to kick off the fun.
