Here is a checklist to ensure a smooth listing process. Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email request to provide the following documents and information. Timely submission helps us get your property live without delays.
Core Listing Agreements:
Fully executed Listing Agreement (LA) with Schedule A (detailing services), and the MLS Data Form.
Conditional Paperwork:
Any necessary 244 and 224 forms (irrevocable periods, offer dates, etc.).
FINTRAC Forms:
Completed FINTRAC PDFs (personal, and Corporate FINTRAC if applicable) – not required for leases.
Regulatory Guidance:
The appropriate RECO Guide (ensure Commercial RECO Guide for commercial listings).
Showing Instructions:
Clear instructions for property viewings.
Promotional Assets:
Video links, feature sheets, surveys, and floor plans for the listing.
Legal Documentation:
Any relevant legal documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Will, Death Certificate, or Power of Attorney (POA) documents.
Property Visuals:
Up to 50 high-quality photos. Please number them in your preferred display order if you have one.
Logistical Details:
Seller contact details.

  • Your initial registration form is on file.
  • Any changes to your brokerage or login details have been updated.
  • You understand that final compliance remains the agent's responsibility.
  • Once your payment is fetched, we’ll bark back with a confirmation email containing everything you need to kick off the fun.
