Seller Deal Transaction Paperwork: Fetch To Finish Checklist
To ensure a smooth deal closing process, you will be required to provide the following documents and information. Timely submission is crucial for efficient transaction management and to get your deal paperwork processed without delay.
Agreement & Schedules
Fully-executed Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) and all relevant schedules (including ATL & RTL for leases).
Modifications & Waivers
Any Notices of Fulfillment (NOF), Waivers, or Amendments to the original agreement.
LPT Intake Form
Your completed and signed LPT Intake Form containing commission information.
Legal Representation
Full contact details for both the Buyer's and Seller's lawyers.
Proof of Deposit
A clear copy of the bank draft, cheque, wire transfer receipt, or EFT receipt confirming the deposit.
Multiple Representation
If representing both ends of a transaction (double-ended), include multiple representation forms 325 & 326 (or 327 & 328 for leases).
Offer Details (Selling Side)
In cases of multiple offers, provide 801 forms from all offers received (required for the selling side only).
Commission Confirmation
The Commission Confirmation Record (CCR) for the transaction.

  • Any changes to your brokerage or login details have been updated.
  • You understand that final compliance remains the agent's responsibility.
  • Once your payment is fetched, we’ll bark back with a confirmation email containing everything you need to kick off the fun.
